Terms of Service
1 July 2026. Please read this document carefully. If anything is unclear, contact us at [email protected].
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Husly website and website-building service (the “Service”). The Service is provided by WebAdmin OÜ, registry code 14698205, Hauka 13, 11315 Tallinn, Eesti (“Husly”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service or creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- User / you - the natural or legal person using the Service.
- Account - the user account created to use the Service.
- Customer Content - text, images, data and other material you add to the Service or publish on your site.
- Plan - the chosen free or paid subscription tier with its limits and features.
2. The Service
Husly is an AI-powered website builder that lets you create, customise, host and publish websites. We may develop, change or discontinue the Service and its features over time, giving reasonable notice of material changes.
3. Account and registration
To create an account you must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old or act as an authorised representative of a legal entity. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Plans, fees and billing
- A free plan is available with the described limits. Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen cycle (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page. Where VAT applies, it is added as required by law.
- On upgrade or downgrade we bill the difference pro-rata.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. As the Service is digital content/services made available immediately, by activating your account and starting to use the Service you agree that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends, which may limit the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law. In addition, at our discretion we offer a self-service refund within 30 days (once per account), as described in the Service. These Terms do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
6. Customer Content and licence
Customer Content belongs to you. You retain all rights to your content and can download it as an archive at any time: the design, your published pages and blog posts with layout and SEO, and your site's images as files. The archive is a readable file format, not a ready-to-host website.
To provide the Service (storing, displaying, transmitting and backing up your content) you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use Customer Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your Customer Content and site activity are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights or these Terms. If you collect personal data from visitors on your site, you are the controller of that data and Husly is a processor; our Data Processing Agreement applies.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, abusive or infringing content;
- distribute malware or spam, or engage in phishing or fraud;
- disrupt or overload the Service infrastructure, attempt unauthorised access, or circumvent limits;
- use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
We may remove content that violates these rules and restrict access in case of violations.
8. Intellectual property
The Service itself, including software, design templates, trademarks and template structure, belongs to Husly or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the right to use it in accordance with the Terms.
9. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g. payments, analytics, AI). Use of those services may be subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Availability and support
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance or circumstantial interruptions may occur from time to time. We provide support to the extent described for your plan.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate an account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or where required by law. Where feasible, we give prior notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. Before final deletion we give you a reasonable period to download your Customer Content as an archive; if the account is suspended, we restore access for that purpose on request.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Husly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including lost profits or data loss). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. intent or gross negligence, personal injury, mandatory consumer rights).
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Husly for reasonable damages and costs arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service in breach of law or third-party rights, or a material breach of these Terms.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the Service or by email with reasonable notice. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the amended Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. We seek to resolve disputes primarily through negotiation. As a consumer you may turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (komisjon.ee) or use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform. Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, unless the law provides otherwise.
