The testimonials block reads the answers straight from the inbox. Mark an answer public and it is on the page, without changing the page.

The AI assistant
On the AI plan the assistant reads the answers and tells you what people like, what bothers them and what to do. Every new answer also gets a mood label.

Imported answers get their mood label 50 at a time.
Spam protection
Bots do not reach the inbox. Doubtful answers go to a folder of their own with the reason, and one button brings a real person's answer back.
Too fast, a hidden field filled in, or Cloudflare did not confirm a person.
Nobody is told about these, and the folder clears itself after 30 days.
Feedback is only useful when it reaches the right person.
Notices
Switch on an email for each form. When the guest left an email address, your reply to that email goes straight to them.
Import and export
Bring older answers in from a CSV or Excel file, up to 5,000 rows at a time, and repeated answers are skipped. Every filtered list downloads as a CSV file.
Two shapes
The classic form shows every question together. In the other shape the visitor sees one question at a time and a counter of how far they are.
Privacy
No answer shows on your site by itself. Only the ones you mark public go onto your pages.
Feedback is in the Standard plan and above, from €14 a month. There is no limit on forms or answers. The AI assistant comes with the AI plan.

It gives every new answer a mood label and writes a summary of up to 200 answers: the overall mood, what people like, what bothers them and a few suggestions. The summary is in Estonian or English and uses the AI plan's credits.
The form checks that the sender is a person, without a picture puzzle. Doubtful answers go to the spam folder, no notice goes out about them, and the folder clears itself after 30 days.
