01The plans
Husly has five plans: Free, Standard, Pro, AI and Agency. The pricing page shows the price of each plan, by the month and by the year, and what each plan includes. Paying for a year costs less than paying month by month.
A paid plan opens, for example, your own domain and online payments. See Your own domain and Bookings and payments.
You can try the Standard plan free for 30 days, once per account. You enter your card at checkout.
02Change your plan
Open Settings -> Plan & billing in the admin, or the Plans & billing tab in your account at account.husly.app.
Under Plans, pick the plan you want.
If you do not pay for a plan yet, Stripe's checkout page opens. Enter your card there. You can also enter a promotion code there.
If you already pay for a plan, your current subscription changes. You do not go through checkout again.
A higher plan: you pay the difference for the rest of the current period now.
A lower plan: the unused part of what you paid goes towards your next invoices.
If you move to a plan with room for fewer sites, Husly asks you to Choose sites. The sites you do not choose are suspended, not deleted.
03Cancel or get your money back
There are two ways to stop a paid plan, and they work differently:

| Request refund | Once per account, within 30 days of your first payment | Your last paid invoice is refunded in full, and the plan ends at once. |
04Invoices and your card
Husly takes payments through Stripe only.
To see your invoices or change your card, open Settings -> Plan & billing in the admin and press Manage billing. Stripe's billing page opens in a new tab. The button is there on paid plans.
05Account credit
Account credit is a balance you can spend in Husly. Under Account credit you see two amounts:
Available: you can spend it now.
Pending: you cannot spend it yet.
You can spend credit on designs, widgets, header and footer designs, your plan and add-ons. When you pay in the admin, tick Use account credit towards this invoice.
Credit stays in your account. You cannot move it to another account or take it out as cash.
The Refer a friend tab shows only while the referral program is running. Credit for a friend comes after the friend's first real payment. It stays Pending until the friend's 30-day money-back time and a short extra wait are over. The rules are in the referral program terms.
