Product Events
Put the events block on any page. People pick a ticket, answer your questions and get the confirmation by email. You see who is coming, who has paid and how many places are left.
Your guest's side
Each event gets its own page in the block: the photo, the time and place, the program, the tickets and the places left. People sign up right there, bring a friend when you allow it, and pay at the event or by bank transfer.
Until 31 October a seat costs €290. The regular price is crossed out, so an early decision shows.
The client sees how many places are still free. When the seats run out, registration closes by itself.
The days and the times, so the client knows what to expect before signing up.
At the event or by bank transfer. With a transfer, the place is held until you get the money.
Your events
See the seats taken, the payments still due and the money in, for every event. Close registration with one switch, copy an event to run it again, or call it off and every guest gets a letter.
People and seats in total, the money you are waiting for and the money you have.
A person who chose a bank transfer holds the place until you mark them paid.
One switch per event: close registration at once without editing the event.
Tickets and prices
Add tickets with their own price and limit, a pair package that takes two places, a sale price or a percent off, and an early-bird price until a date. A shared quota keeps four knife sets at four, whichever ticket they come with.
Several tickets can share one limit, for example four knife sets across every package.
A sale price or a percent off. The site shows the regular price crossed out.
An early-bird price until a date, or a later price after it.
The sign-up form
The name and the email are always there. Add your own questions, from food needs to a T-shirt size, make them required or not, and read the answers with each guest and in your notice letter.
The name and the email are always asked. Ask for a phone only when you need it.
Write each question in every language of your site.
Text, long text, email, a number, a dropdown, one choice, several choices and agreeing to terms.
A registration without a required answer is not sent.
Attendees
Every registration in one list, across your events. Filter and search, add a person who called, mark a transfer paid, and tick people off at the door.
A tick at the door for everybody who comes. The count on top shows how many are there.
By event, state, way to pay, paid or not and arrived or not. Or search by name, email, phone or code.
Paid, to pay and waiting for payment show at once. Mark a registration paid from its row menu.
A sign-up does not end with the click. The letters, the calendars and your other tools hear about it by themselves.
Letters
The guest gets a confirmation with a calendar file, or the transfer details and a letter once it is paid. You get a notice about every new sign-up and cancellation. The guest's letters go out in the language they signed up in.
Self-service
The letter carries a link. The guest sees the registration and can cancel it until registration closes, without writing to you.
Calendars
A calendar link puts every event, with the number of people signed up, into Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar. A connected calendar can get them too.
Your tools
A new sign-up can go to Slack, Teams, Discord or Telegram, to Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion or Trello, and to Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce.
Events are in every plan, Free too: free events, sign-ups, seat limits, letters and the list on your site. Selling paid tickets starts with the Standard plan, from €14 a month.
At the event or by bank transfer, as you choose. With a transfer, the place is held until you mark it paid, and the guest gets your bank details by email.
Registration closes by itself and the event shows that it is fully booked. Two people can never take the last seat at once: the seats are counted in one locked database step.
Yes, when you allow companions: one sign-up brings up to the number you set, and the price counts every person or the whole group at once. A pair package takes two places at one price.
Yes, with the link in their letter, until registration closes. You can cancel one sign-up or the whole event, and then every guest gets a letter.
Estonian and English out of the box, and you can write its words for any other language of your site. You write your events and questions in every language of your site.
Add the time, the place and the seats, put the events block on a page, and the first people can sign up today. Free events work on every plan.
