Rentals is an add-on at €9 a month or €90 a year. Card payments into your own Stripe account come with it. Stripe's own fees are between Stripe and you.
Four kinds of things: gear and bikes, vehicles, watercraft and property. There are 167 ready types, from a bike and a kayak to a car and a place to stay, and each type brings the fitting fields. You can change every field and add your own.
With card payments on, the customer pays on Stripe's payment page while booking, and the dates are held for 30 minutes. If they do not pay, the dates free up by themselves. Without card payments a booking reaches you as a request, and you confirm it.
No. The deposit shows on the listing and in the booking form, but it is not part of the payment. You collect it the way you are used to, when you hand the item over for example.
No. Each unit belongs to one person at a time, and the database refuses overlapping bookings. If the last free unit goes to someone else at the same moment, the next free one is offered.
As blocks in the builder: a catalogue with a category and a date filter, featured listings, the listing page, the booking form, reviews and "My bookings". You design the listing page once, and that template serves every listing.
Yes, in two ways. Connect your Google, Outlook or Apple calendar under Integrations in the admin: bookings are there within seconds, and your busy times close rentals, for the whole shop or one item. Without signing in you can use the calendar link from the Rentals "Integrations" tab, but Google refreshes it only every few hours and it is for viewing only.
Not directly yet. Booking.com allows a connection only to approved partners and is not taking new ones now. A travel agency, a channel manager or an AI agent can already connect to your rentals today through the partner API.
Yes, from the admin, the whole amount or part of it. The reason is kept on record, and when you cancel, the amount is suggested from your cancellation terms.
