01Write a post
In the admin, open Blog -> Posts and press New post.
Give the post a title and press Continue.
If your plan includes AI writing, choose how to start: Design from scratch or Use AI.
Build the post on the Content tab. It is the same builder you use for your pages.
Press Save.
With Use AI, the step AI writes a draft opens. Press Generate draft, and AI writes a first version. Then edit it like any other post.
Want to see what the blog can do? Look at Blog.
AI writing depends on your plan. The pricing page shows which plans include it.
02Excerpt, cover image and address
The post's details are on the General tab:
Excerpt: a few lines on what the post is about.
URL slug: the last part of the post's address.
Cover image: the post's main picture.
Categories and Tags: where the post belongs.
03Categories and tags
You make categories and tags in Blog -> Categories and tags.
New category adds a category. A category can sit under another one: choose that one as the Parent category.
New tag adds a tag. Tags cannot sit under each other.
You pick them for a post on its General tab.
04Publish now or later
A new post is a draft. The button in the top bar says Draft.
Press Save.
Press the Draft button. The post goes live, and the button now says Published.
Publishing does not save your latest changes. Always press Save before you publish.
To publish later, press the calendar icon Schedule publishing, choose the time and press Schedule. The post stays a draft until then. To call it off, press Cancel schedule.
05Where readers find your blog
Your blog is at /blog on your site, and at /blogi in Estonian. For example: yourcompany.com/blog.
The blog also has an RSS feed. Add /rss.xml to the blog address: yourcompany.com/blog/rss.xml.
06Check the SEO
In the post list, each post has a marker: SEO looks good, or for example SEO: 2 errors. Hover over the marker to see what it found.
A post's SEO tab holds the search engine fields, one set for each language.
More about SEO in the guide SEO basics.
07Let readers listen
A post can be read aloud. The Audio tab shows only when your plan includes it.
The pricing page shows which plans do. On the tab, Listen to the article has these settings:
Show readers a listen button: readers can listen to the post on the page.
Record automatically on publish: the audio is made when you publish.
Voice: who reads the post.
Make the audio: make the audio file now.
The free Tartu voices read Estonian and Võro.
