Referral program terms

These terms (the “Program Terms”) govern the operation of and participation in the Husly referral program (the “Program”). The Program is operated by WebAdmin OÜ, registry code 14698205, Hauka 13, 11315 Tallinn, Eesti (“Husly”, “we”, “us”). By participating in the Program, including by sharing your invite link, you agree to these terms. The Program Terms supplement the Husly Terms of Service, which also apply to the Program.

1. The Program

Under the Program you can share your personal invite link. When a new customer joins Husly through your link and makes a qualifying purchase (see section 2), you receive account credit as a reward. The reward amount, the minimum required plan and the billing cycle are shown on the “Invite friends” page in your self-service account and may change over time; each referral is subject to the conditions shown at the time the invite link was shared.

2. Qualifying referral

A reward is earned only for a qualifying referral. A qualifying referral is a new customer - a person who has not previously been a Husly user - who signs up through your invite link and makes their first real payment on an eligible plan within the set time window. One reward is granted per unique person, regardless of the number of accounts or subscriptions.

3. Holding period

A reward is initially “pending” and becomes usable only after the 30-day money-back guarantee period plus an additional buffer has passed. If the referred customer’s subscription is refunded, disputed or cancelled before the holding period ends, no reward is earned and any pending reward is voided.

4. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited in the Program:

• self-referral, including creating multiple accounts or using the same payment card to obtain a reward;
• “referring” an existing Husly customer as a new one;
• posting your invite link on coupon or discount-code sites;
• paid advertising on Husly brand keywords (e.g. “Husly” in search ads);
• spam and bulk messaging in any channel.

Husly does not send invitations to third parties - you always share the invite link yourself, at your own choice and responsibility.

5. Disclosure

When sharing your invite link you must clearly disclose that you receive a reward for the referral. A suitable disclosure sentence is provided in your self-service account; you may also use your own wording, as long as the reward is unambiguously clear from it.

6. Form of the reward

The reward is non-transferable account credit that is applied to your future Husly invoices. No cash payout is made, and the credit has no monetary value outside the Husly service. Credit cannot be transferred to another account or person. Account credit that has not yet been pushed to your Stripe account balance expires after the set period.

7. Limits

Husly may apply monthly and lifetime limits to both the number and the total amount of rewards in the Program. Applicable limits, where used, are shown on the “Invite friends” page in your self-service account.

8. Investigation and clawback

In case of suspected fraud or abuse, Husly may withhold a reward while the circumstances are investigated, void the reward, or offset credit that has already been granted. Husly may unilaterally amend the Program Terms or end the Program at any time; rewards already earned and confirmed are not affected retroactively, except in the case of violations described in this section. Husly employees and contractors may not participate in the Program.

9. Governing law

The Program and these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
