Get started with Husly

Open the start page. The first question is How would you like to start? Pick one of three paths:

• Start from scratch: a blank page that you build yourself.

• Choose a ready-made design: you start from a design and fill it with your own words and pictures.

• Bring my old site over: you move your WordPress site to Husly.

Next, Husly asks a few short questions:

• What's your business called? Type the name. Husly suggests a web address from it and checks that the address is free.

• Choose a design (if you chose a ready-made design): pick one and press Continue with selected design.

• What will your site need? Mark what your site needs, then press Create my site.

1. On the Create a Husly account page, fill in Your name, Email and Password.

2. In Website domain, set your site's address. It ends in .husly.app.

3. Press Register and start. If you chose the trial, the button says Register and continue to payment, and you add your card on the Stripe payment page.

You do not need to confirm your email address first.

After you register, Husly opens your admin at admin.husly.app, with the homepage already open in the builder.

Your site is online at once at yourname.husly.app. The homepage is published from the start, and so are the pages that came with your design. Anyone who knows the address can see the site, so put your own words on it soon.

A new site has two languages: Estonian and English.

To add another language, open Settings -> Languages and press Add a language.

1. Open Structure -> Designs and pick a design.

2. Press Apply.

3. Choose Add to existing to keep what you have and add the new design to it, or Replace all to replace everything.

You can start on the Free plan. Your site then stays on its husly.app address and shows a small Husly mark.

From Standard up, you can connect your own domain and remove the Husly mark. You can try Standard free for 30 days, once per account.
